立川バプテスト教会は、立川や多摩地域にお住まいの皆さまに開かれた、小さくてあたたかい教会です。イエス・キリストの愛を土台に、日々の生活の中で希望と平安を見いだす場所を目指しています。私たちの集まりは、とても家庭的で、ひとつひとつが手作りのような雰囲気です。
Tachikawa Baptist Church is a small and welcoming community open to everyone living in the Tachikawa and Tama areas. Founded on the love of Jesus Christ, we seek to be a place where people can find hope and peace in their daily lives. Our gatherings are warm and home-like, each one crafted with care, almost like something handmade.
礼拝では、聖書の言葉を学び分かち合い、賛美と祈りの中で神さまに心を向ける時間を大切にしています。教会に来るのが初めての方も、信仰に関心を持ち始めた方も、どうぞ安心してお越しください。
In our worship services, we cherish the time to learn from and share the words of the Bible, turning our hearts toward God through songs of praise and prayer. Whether you are visiting a church for the first time or have just begun to take an interest in faith, you are warmly welcome to join us without hesitation.
礼拝後には、手作りの昼食会を開いております。どなたでも、いつでも歓迎しています。また、昨年から子ども向けの楽しいプログラムも始まりました。歌やゲーム、絵本や聖書のお話など、子どもたちがのびのびと過ごせる時間です。ご家族でぜひご参加ください。皆さまとの出会いを、心からお待ちしております。
After the worship service, we host a homemade lunch fellowship open to everyone at any time. Since last year, we’ve also started a fun program for children, including songs, games, picture books, and Bible stories — a time where kids can relax and enjoy themselves freely. We warmly invite you and your family to join us. We truly look forward to meeting you all.

主任牧師からのメッセージ
皆さん、こんにちは。
秋も深まり、夕方の冷え込みが「そろそろ準備しておきなさいよ」と耳打ちしてくる季節になりました。今週の礼拝では、マタイ25章1〜13節——いわゆる「十人のおとめ」のたとえを共に味わいます。
イエスが語られたこの物語は、結局のところ “備え” の話です。ただ、怖がらせるための警告ではなく、大切な時を迎えるために、今の生活をどう整えるかを優しく問いかけてくれる一節です。
私たちの多摩の地域でも、日々いろいろな出来事が起こります。忙しさ、心配ごと、隣人との関わり…。どれも後回しにしたくなりますが、聖書は「油を備える」ように、心を整え、互いに励まし合い、神さまが招かれている良き働きに備えようと語ります。
この週、皆さんがそれぞれの場で小さな灯火を守りながら歩めますように。
そして、その灯りが地域にも静かに届き、互いを照らす光となりますように。

Greetings, everyone.
As autumn settles in and the evenings grow colder, it feels as though the season itself is whispering, “It’s time to get ready.” This week, we reflect on Matthew 25:1–13—the Parable of the Ten Virgins.
At its heart, Jesus’ story is about being prepared. Not a warning meant to frighten us, but an invitation to consider how we might ready our hearts for the moments that truly matter.
In our TAMA community, too, life keeps us busy—filled with responsibilities, concerns, relationships, and the ebb and flow of daily routines. It’s easy to postpone the things of the heart. Yet the Scripture encourages us to “keep our lamps ready,” meaning to nurture our inner life, encourage one another, and stay open to the good work God is calling us to do.
May this week be one in which the light you carry—small as it may seem—continues to shine faithfully. And may that light gently reach our neighbors and brighten our community.
